The full foam roofing & coatings scope.
-
SPF foam installation
Closed-cell spray foam over your existing roof or substrate. Insulates AND waterproofs in one application.
-
Silicone topcoats
Premium UV protection, handles ponding water, lasts 12-15 years. The gold standard for AZ flat roofs and the topcoat we recommend most often.
-
Elastomeric topcoats
Heavy-duty rubber-like coating that flexes with temperature swings without cracking. Great for older roofs with hairline movement and tough commercial use.
-
Acrylic topcoats
Cool-roof rated, energy-efficient, lower upfront cost. Best for south-facing roofs without ponding water issues and budget-conscious projects.
-
Walk-deck systems
Slip-resistant, UV-stable surfaces for rooftop patios and HVAC service areas.
-
Cool-roof rated
Reflects solar heat, cuts AC bills 10-30%, qualifies for SRP/APS energy rebates.
Foam Roofing & Coatings, demystified.
What's the difference between foam and silicone?
Foam is the structural waterproof layer. Silicone is the protective UV topcoat. Most AZ flat roofs need both: foam for structure, silicone to protect it from sun.
How long does a foam roof last?
20-30 years if recoated every 10-15 years. The recoat is cheap; the foam is permanent if maintained.
Is foam better than a flat shingle/torch-down roof?
For Arizona's climate? Yes. Foam handles heat cycling, ponding water, and ventilation better than asphalt-based flat roof systems.
