Mike came out the day after I called, walked me through every photo, and never once pressured me. The underlayment replacement on my tile roof came in under his estimate and two days ahead of schedule.
Lost half my roof in the August microburst. North Canyon had a tarp up by 9pm the same day I called, handled my State Farm claim, and my new foam roof is better than it was before the storm.

How long does a tile roof last in Arizona?
Concrete and clay tile roofs in Arizona typically last 50+ years, but the underlayment beneath them only lasts 20-25 years. Most tile roof problems here aren't the tiles - they're the aged underlayment.
We replace underlayment and re-lay the existing tiles so you don't pay for a full tear-off when you don't need one. Big savings, same result.

What's the difference between foam roofing and silicone coating?
Foam (SPF) is a sprayed-in-place insulation that forms the roof itself - great for flat AZ roofs.
Silicone coating is a protective topcoat applied over an existing roof (foam or otherwise) to extend its life and reflect heat.
Most AZ homes need both: foam for the structure, silicone to protect it from UV. We do both.
