How long does a full replacement take?
Typical AZ home: 2-5 days depending on size, roof type, and weather. We'll give you a daily schedule before we start.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We pull all required permits with the city or county and handle inspections.
What about my landscaping?
We tarp the perimeter, set up dumpster placement carefully, and do magnetic nail sweeps before we leave. Your yard ends up cleaner than we found it.
